Visitability Testimonies--Short Version

Thank you for taking this survey. Your answers will educate others about visitability. Your name and personal information will be kept separate from your answers. Only your answers will be shared for educational purposes.

We are collecting this information to educate legislators, housing experts, builders, architects and others about the housing needs of people with mobility impairments.  We will create a report with basic information about visitability and with answers to this survey. We will edit your answers to add missing words and correct spelling and punctuation. Please contact us if you have further edits. 

Every three months, we will add new information and answers to the report. The report will be on the MTDH website: http://mtdh.ruralinsitute.umt.edu .
