Welcome to the 2009 Cooper Green Mercy Hospital(CGMH) Staff Satisfaction Survey. Your candid and honest responses to these questions are very important. Your responses will help identify strengths and weaknesses of the various programs designed to make CGMH an example of excellent patient care and an enjoyable and satisfying place to work. Remember, your answers are strictly confidential.
