My name is Daniel Mclean,
I am a student at the University of Technology Sydney, studying Management in Leisure.
The purpose of this survey is to gain information for a research project that I am conducting for Surfing Australia. We are concerned with ‘the Grass Roots level of Surfing in Australia, the increasing population and a subsequent popularity of beach related activities posing a threat to the usage, accessibility and sharing of Dee Why beach now and in the foreseeable future.’
Addressing current and future beach access issues is critical to the sport of Surfing and the environment in which the sport is conducted. Your honest opinions and ideas are essential for outlining any areas of neglect or concern in regards to beach accessability.
