Recommitment Overview

2010 Moab Century
Recommitment Deadline: Thursday, July 8, 2010
Final Fundraising Deadline: Thursday, September 2, 2010
Event Travel Dates: Thursday-Sunday, September 16-19, 2010
Moab Century: Saturday, September 18, 2010

If you are fundraising for the Moab Century (as a participant, honoree, mentor, captain, or coach), Team In Training will cover the following:

• Your hotel accommodations
• Your bike shipping
• Your ride entry
• Your ride jersey
• Your TNT Inspiration Dinner ticket 
• Your TNT Victory Celebration ticket

In addition, if you are fundraising at the standard minimum level*, TNT will cover your round-trip group flight to Salt Lake City and group airport/hotel transfer.


You will have the opportunity to purchase guest hotel accommodations ($171 for fundraisers to buy out their own hotel room, $342 for non-fundraisers, and an additional $10 guest fee for each guest 12 and over), and guest tickets to the Inspiration Dinner ($25 per adult, $19 per child, age 3-11) and Victory Celebration ($27 per adult, $20 per child, age 3-11) via the online Event Weekend Arrangements form.

*Fundraising Minimums

You can choose between two fundraising minimums when recommitting to Moab:


Standard Minimum ($3,900): Includes all of the arrangements listed above, with your flight booked through Carol's Travel Service, our partner travel agent.

"No-Travel" Minimum ($3,300): Includes all of the arrangements listed above, except for your flight and ground travel, which you will arrange and pay for.


Recommitment Process

1) Sign and complete the Volunteer Recommitment AgreementBy signing the Recommitment Agreement, you commit to raising the fundraising minimum and are guaranteeing your place on the team. This is your pledge to continue with the program to reach your fundraising minimum. The credit card or blank check you provide will not be processed unless you have not reached your fundraising minimum at the Final Fundraising deadline of September 2, 2010.

2) Complete this online Event Weekend Arrangements form.  It's your way of telling us what activities you would like to participate in during your Event Weekend.

3) Sign and complete the Moab Century Ride Entry and Waiver.

4) Complete a Payment Form for your Event Weekend costs.

This online form, your Recommitment Agreement, Ride Entry and Waiver, and Payment Form must be submitted to LLS by Thursday, July 8, 2010.  Fax, mail, or e-mail these forms to your team manager:
